I had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, situated on a hill with breathtaking views of the mountains. It was just a short distance to the ski slopes and the Sasslong station, making it incredibly convenient for skiing enthusiasts like myself. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with excellent room service, housekeeping, and laundry facilities. The airport shuttle was a great addition, making my arrival and departure hassle-free. The staff here were friendly and accommodating, providing a warm welcome drink upon arrival.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Great views from the rooms and excellent food. the staff was also very attentive and friendly. the fitness area with an indoor pool was a nice surprise and the outdoor jacuzzi was a great place to relax after a long day.
The price was not as expected and there were extra charges for bathrobes and slippers. the location was not as close to the skiing lifts as we thought and we had to walk quite a bit.

the hotel is conveniently situated near the ski slopes and Sasslong station, though be prepared for a bit of a hike down a steep hill. Rooms were pristine and relaxing, offering a comfortable bed, neat bathroom, and attentive service. I appreciated the complimentary breakfasts with a wide variety of options to choose from, as well as the facilities like the pool and fitness center.
That the Italian cuisine wasn't as appetizing as expected.

Wonderful New Year experience in the mountains! Excellent ski-in, ski-out location, just steps away from the lifts. Stunning views of the snowy peaks from the cozy room. The daily breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide variety of fresh fruits and pastries.
The bathroom was small and outdated. The shower was weak and temperature fluctuated frequently.

The infinity pool and hot tub at the spa area were amazing, taking advantage of the fantastic scenery. The breakfast provided was always delicious and diverse. The hotel's employees were very helpful and friendly, making our stay even more pleasant. The hotel's location not far from the ski slopes was convenient and made it easy for us to get around.
